« Thanks to modern facilities and processes, we will be able to produce flexibly and best meet the demands of our customers. With the entry into production of SOTUVER GLASS INDUSTRIES, we look to the future with great optimism and serenity », as underlined by Mr. Khaled Bayahi, Managing Director of the SOTUVER Group.

SOTUVER is taking an important step in its development with the construction of the third melting furnace, thus marking a significant doubling of its production capacity. This ambitious initiative demonstrates our continued commitment to providing high-quality products while meeting the growing demand of our customers, both in the local and international market.

A vision focused on growth

Since its beginnings in 1967, SOTUVER has established itself as one of the main players in the glass industry in the Mediterranean basin. Our development strategy has always focused on customer satisfaction and our ability to innovate to meet changing market needs. The construction of this new oven fits perfectly into this growth-oriented vision.

A strategic investment

The investment in this third furnace and associated equipment is the result of our determination to strengthen our position in the glass industry. This new production unit covers an impressive area of 66,000 square meters, of which 37,000 square meters are covered. It is equipped with cutting-edge technologies, which allows us to maintain a more intense production rate while remaining flexible to the changing demands of our customers.

The melting furnace itself, with a capacity of 300 tonnes per day, is a technological feat that will allow us to efficiently meet the growing demand for our glass products. This strategic investment demonstrates our commitment to operational excellence and our ability to meet the demands of our customers globally.

High level technical training

To guarantee the success of this new production unit, our multidisciplinary technical teams have benefited from in-depth training cycles. These training courses aim to familiarize them with cutting-edge technologies and prepare them to meet the challenges inherent in larger and more complex production.

We firmly believe that our human capital is essential to our success, and by investing in the training and development of our employees, we ensure that they are ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Opening to the international

This new production unit will be mainly dedicated to export, thus marking a new dimension in the international presence of the SOTUVER Group. It will focus on manufacturing containers in green, antique green and amber hues, thereby meeting the diverse needs of our customers around the world.

Expanding our production capacity and investing in advanced technologies reinforces our commitment to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. We continue to evolve to meet the needs of the global market while maintaining our leadership position in the glass industry.

The construction of the third melting furnace is a vital chapter in our history, marking our unwavering commitment to excellence and continued growth. We thank our customers, partners and employees for their continued support, and we look forward to taking on new and exciting challenges in the years to come.
